POSTPONEMENTS AND REBOOKING SERVICES:
In the event that you need to postpone or rebook your trip, we offer flexible postponements and rebooking services. This means that you can reschedule your trip for a later date or change your itinerary (we charge a nominal fee of $100, excluding any 3rd party costs levied by our suppliers)
SATSA BONDING:
We are a member of the South African Tourism and Services Association (SATSA) which provides us with a SATSA bond. This guarantees that in the event of our financial insolvency before the contracted service is provided, the bond, which has an indemnity limit of ZAR 1.5 million, guarantees that the amount will be refunded or the service replaced, with a maximum value of ZAR 300,000 per event or ZAR 75,000 per claim against the insolvent member.
CURRENCY FLUCTUATION PROTECTION:
We de-risk your holiday investment to exchange rate fluctuations by committing both your deposit and balance payment in one of four global currencies. Once you have confirmed with us, the price won’t change even if the exchange rate does.
R50M GENERAL PUBLIC LIABILITY:
We also hold a R50m general public liability insurance which ensures that in the unlikely event of any accidents or incidents, you are covered.We understand that the safety and security of your investment is of the utmost importance, and we are committed to providing you with a worry-free travel experience.
